Linley Scorgie - Managing Director

Linley is a founder member and has experience in corporate finance including capital raising, investment management, international trade and project management.  Linley is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds a BCompt degree from UNISA as well as a BCom (Hons) degree from the University of Cape town.

 

In addition to his overall leadership role in the business, Linley is also responsible for driving the company's technology forum and playing a lead role in both the strategic and business development aspects of the business.

Lynn Aron – Chief Operating Executive

Lynn is a founder member and has in excess of 25 years experience in the corporate, auditing and financial institution environment, of which 15 years has been in the treasury environment as a foreign exchange and money market dealer. This included key roles in a mining house, a large South African bank as well as at an international bank. Her experience included starting a new treasury division at a local division of a foreign bank, as well as setting up a front end dealing system, system implementation and training. Lynn has completed the Management Advancement Program (MAP) at Wits Business School.

 

Lynn is fully responsible for all operational aspects of NetTreasury including administration, business and technical support, systems development and forex dealing services.

 

René Hornebo - Executive Director

René has more than 20 years experience in the financial institution environment, of which 15 years were spent in the foreign exchange and money market environment. René was the chief dealer at Anglo American Corporation Limited where he was responsible for the dealing on behalf of the Anglo American Group. Prior to that René was senior dealer at First Corp Merchant Bank. René has a diploma in Business Administration and has completed the Management Advancement Program (MAP) at the University of Stellenbosch.

 

 

René plays a key role in specific business development and client service activities, and represents NetTreasury at key industry forums.

 

Shaun Govindasamy - Business Development Executive

Shaun started his career in the banking sector and soon joined one of the largest insurance and investment companies in South Africa as a financial adviser. He has a strong business development background in the banking and financial services arenas and holds a Bachelors degree in psychology.

Shaun is responsible for the company's new business development functions and heads up key acquisitions.

 

 

 

 

Graham Nelson – Treasury Manager

Graham is a financial markets specialist with a strong focus on analysis and deal execution. He has worked in both domestic and foreign banks and has vast experience in several aspects of foreign exchange and treasury management. Graham has completed his Certificate in Banking through the Institute of Bankers (SA), has passed several of the Registered Persons Exams through the SAIFM (Bonds, Equities, Money Market, Derivatives), and holds a B.Com specialising in Economics from UNISA.

Graham is responsible for the development and management of NetTreasury's forex dealing services. In addition, he plays an ongoing role in a number of areas such as the enhancement of the marketing collateral of the company and various client service and relationship management functions.

Jean le Roux - IT Adviser

Jean is an experienced IT professional. He has operated in corporate, Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as software house environments. His experience ranges from systems architecture and development roles, through to managing systems and administration and software production functions. He is recognised as a lead thinker within his arena and is held in high regard by clients and peers. Jean holds a B.Sc (physics) from the University of Pretoria.

 

Jean is the strategic IT adviser to NetTreasury and plays a crucial role in the strategic, architectural, design and technological elements of the company's systems offering.

Shillan Kisten - Senior Software Developer

Shillan's experience is focused within the technology sector wherein he has played key roles in the design and development of several successful and proven software applications. Shillan holds a B.Sc (computer science) from the University of Johannesburg.

 

His responsibilities at NetTreasury entail business process analysis, software specification and design, and full application development.

 Warren Scorgie - Business Technology and Support Manager

Warren's background is in the client service industry where he has provided service and support to an array of clients globally in the banking, marketing, sales and gaming industries. He has played crucial roles in the design and development of various software applications and holds a certificate in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as a diploma in financial management from Damelin.

Warren heads up all the technical and business support functions for the company and plays a key role in the design and development of the company's software and systems.
